Return process
Once we receive your package at our facility, our quality controls will check it. If the item meets our standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and notify you via email.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. The refund will be made through the same means of payment used for the original order.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return, as well as ensuring that the parcel is properly packaged and protected until it arrives at our office in Copenhagen.
Note: Orders made in our physical stores are generally final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless otherwise specified on your receipt. We encourage you to carefully inspect your items before purchasing them to ensure that they meet your needs and expectations.
